We’re teaming up with the crew at Hudson Gardens for a fun-filled Sunday mid-morning of chocolate & tea pairing. Bring mom, sisters, family, daughters and everyone who loves tea! Enjoy a delightful presentation (approximately 1 hour) of education and entertainment, including a single origin chocolate tasting, a brief discussion of how chocolate is made from bean to bar, how to taste chocolate properly, 4 different teas served with 2 chocolates each (10-11 chocolates total p/p), how to choose the best teas for chocolate pairing, and everything you need to host your own event for friends and neighbors in the future.  The chocolates are handcrafted by local chocolatier “The Chocolate Therapist,” with all-natural chocolate and ingredients (no soy, corn syrup, preservatives, dyes, or gluten), and selected to pair perfectly with each of the teas. Laugh and learn with host Julie Nygard, founder of The Chocolate Therapist! After the class, extend the day with a stroll through the beautiful Hudson Gardens spring flowers.
