April 6: Chocolate & Wine Pairing Class, Denver (Lowry)
More chocolate & wine--the research never ends! Sample chocolates from around the world while learning how chocolate is made from bean to bar, what to look for when selecting chocolates and how to compare and contrast flavors. Next we'll pair four international wines with infused custom-made chocolates selected to bring our the flavors in both. A perfect intro to a Thursday night on the town (6:30 - 8:00 pm). April 22: Chocolate & Truffles at The Melting Pot, Littleon / Haiti Relief Event

May 7 & 8, 2010: Colorado CHOCOLATE FESTIVAL
The second Colorado Chocolate Festival was a huge success with thousands of guests in attendance! Mark the calendar--same-time next year, we'll have more chocolate than ever!
